Ingredients (7)

150.00 g chicken — liver paté
75.00 g sweet-chilli-flavoured
125.00 ml cream cheese
30.00 ml port
80.00 ml jelly — cranberry
30.00 ml bread — chilli breadsticks, to serve
50.00 ml bread — melba toast, to serve

Method:

1. Mix the pâté, cream cheese and port until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Spoon into small serving bowls, top with cranberry jelly and refrigerate.

3. Just before serving, place the breadsticks in the pan. Serve with Melba toast.
