Ingredients (12)

15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
6.00 chicken breast fillets
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 onion — peeled, sliced
30.00 ml vinegar — red wine
200.00 g fresh mushrooms, halved — wiped clean
2.00 bay leaves
500.00 ml stock — chicken
15.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
410.00 g red kidney beans — tinned, drained
410.00 g butter beans — tinned and drained

Method:

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Fry garlic until golden and add chicken breasts. Season and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Add onion and red wine vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, bay leaves, chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in beans. Heat through.
Serve with baby potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
