Chicken breyani

  • salt and pepper

    beans in tomato sauce
  • 1
    large onion, sliced into rings
  • 30
    chicken spice
  • 8
    chicken pieces, cut into pieces
  • 3
    large tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 45
    breyani spice
  • oil


Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil until brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Sauté the onion until glossy and add the seasonings. Stir-fry for one minute. Add the tomatoes and simmer until a thick sauce has formed. Add the chicken and beans in tomato sauce and heat until warmed through. Serve with banana slices. Serves 6-8.
