Ingredients (8)

salt and freshly ground black pepper
410.00 g beans in tomato sauce
1.00 onion — large, sliced into rings
30.00 ml chicken — spice
8.00 chicken — pieces
3.00 tomatoes — peeled, finely chopped
45.00 ml breyani spice mix
oil

Method:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil until brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Sauté the onion until glossy and add the seasonings.
Stir-fry for one minute. Add the tomatoes and simmer until a thick sauce has formed.
Add the chicken and beans in tomato sauce and heat until warmed through.
Serve with banana slices.
Serves 6-8.
