Chicken and spinach wraps

    chives, chopped

    red pepper, sliced into long thin strips
  • 1
    packet baby spinach leaves
  • 1
    packet tortillas
  • 2
    chicken breasts (cooked)
  • 1
    carrot, sliced into long thin strips
  • 100
    sweet chilli sauce


10 mins

Warm tortillas as per instructions on packet.Spread with sweet chilli sauce.
Arrange spinach leaves, carrot, red pepper and chicken strips in layers on each tortilla.
Roll up firmly and cut each into three, trimming edges.
Arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with chives.
Serve with a tomato salsa, guacamoleand sour cream.
