Chicken and rice dish

    uncooked rice
  • 8
    chicken pieces
  • 61
    mushroom soup powder
  • 45
    brown onion soup powder
  • 850


Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Spray a deep oven dish with non-stick spray. Place the rice in the bottom of the dish. Roll the chicken pieces in the mushroom soup powder and arrange on top of the rice. Blend the remaining soup powders with the water and pour over the chicken and rice. Cover and bake for an hour, remove the cover and bake for another 30 minutes. Grill for a few minutes, if desired. Serve with a salad. Serves 4-6.
