Ingredients (6)

15 ml sunflower oil
250 g button mushrooms — sliced
400 g chicken — cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 soup powder — mushroom
75 ml milk
1 puff pastry — defrosted

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute´ the mushrooms, then add the chicken and sprinkle with the soup powder.

Add the milk and 75ml water. Stir until the mixture starts to thicken.

Slice the puff pastry into four portions or use the whole roll. Spoon the chicken mixture down the centre.

Make diagonal slits in the pastry on both sides of the filling. Space the slits about 2cm apart, then plait the puff pastry to cover the filling. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
