Chicken and melon salad

    galia melon (green flesh)
  • 220
    cold, cooked chicken
  • 1
    stalk celery, chopped
  • 45
  • chopped nuts
  • salt, pepper and paprika to taste


Peel the melon and remove the pips. Scoop out balls with a melon baller or cube the melon. Place in a mixing bowl. Remove the skin of the chicken and cube the meat. Add to the melon. Add the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well.
