Chicken and leek parcel

    chicken thighs
  • 10
    lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 60
    crème fraîche
  • heavy foil


1. Wash leeks and cut into rings. 2. Flavour chicken with lemon juice. 3. Arrange leeks on shiny side of foil. 4. Arrange chicken pieces on top of the leeks. 5. Flavour to taste with salt and black pepper. 6. Add the crème fraîche. 7. Wrap parcel and braai or cook in oven at 180 ºC for 12 to 15 minutes.
