Ingredients (8)

1.00 instant marinade — chicken
2.00 kg chicken — pieces
60.00 ml oil
12.00 baby onions
125.00 ml apricots — dried
4.00 carrots — sliced
6.00 potatoes — peeled and cut into chunks
250.00 ml wine — dry white

Method:

1. Prepare marinade according to packet instructions. Pour over chicken pieces and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a cast-iron pot over the coals and brown the onions. Add the chicken and remaining ingredients and cover. Allow to simmer slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender. Serve with putu pap (see recipe).
