Chicken Tikka with celery and almonds

avocado and chicken tikka

  • 1
    large ripe avocado- halved and de-stoned
  • 2
    chicken breasts- cooked and diced
  • 1
    stick celery- sliced
  • 1
    curry paste
  • 1/4
    mayonnaise or low fat dressing
  • 1
    lemon juice
  • toasted almonds to garnish


Combine all ingredients and fill avocado halves.

Garnish with toasted almonds and serve immediately.
