Chelsea buns with Gorgonzola, cherry jam and bacon

    mini Chelsea buns, cut in half and toasted
  • 60
    Gorgonzola cheese, or as much as you like
  • 60
    cherry jam
  • 8
    slices bacon, cooked till crispy


While the buns are still hot, spread the cheese over, spoon over cherry jam and top with bacon.
