Ingredients (13)

30.00 ml butter
1.00 onion — chopped
300.00 g fish — white flesh, fillets
400.00 g mixed seafood
5.00 ml stock powder — chicken
60.00 ml wine — white
190.00 ml cream
15.00 ml cornflour
water
30.00 ml fresh dill — chopped
45.00 ml parmesan cheese — grated, optional
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
breadcrumbs — and dill, chopped

Method:

Heat butter and sauté onion until glossy.
Add fish and sauté for 5 minutes. Add seafood and toss to coat in butter.
Add stock powder, wine and cream. Cook for a few minutes.
Mix cornflour to a paste with a little water, add and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in dill and 15 ml (1 tbsp) Parmesan. Season.
Place in an ovenproof dish, scatter breadcrumbs, remaining cheese and chopped dill over and grill until golden.
Serve as a starter with salad, or with rice and salad as a main course.
