Ingredients (8)

400.00 g pasta — spaghetti
10.00 ml sunflower oil
4.00 sausages — frankfurters, sliced
4.00 spring onions — sliced
350.00 ml white sauce — ready-made
100.00 g blue cheese — crumbled
1.00 broccoli — florets
80.00 ml peanuts — unsalted, roasted

Method:

Boil pasta in plenty of boiling water until al dente. Heat half the oil and fry frankfurters for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from the pan, slice and set aside.
Heat remaining oil and add spring onions to the pan. Fry for 30 seconds, then stir in the prepared white sauce and blue cheese. Simmer gently for 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Boil broccoli in a little water until tender. Drain well. Drain pasta and add sausages and broccoli. Toss well to combine. Stir in the sauce, season to taste and sprinkle with roasted peanuts. Serves 4.
