1.00 bread — French
270.00 g cheese spread
6.00 gherkins — chopped

Method:

Slice bread diagonally across at 2 cm intervals, being careful not to slice right through. Spread the slices with cheese spread, mixed with chopped gherkins. Wrap in foil and bake in oven at 180 ºC for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
