Cheesecake berry tartlets

  • Phyllo pastry
  • melted butter
  • 397
    Nestlé Condensed Milk
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 125
    lemon juice
  • 250
    mascarpone or creamed cottage cheese
  • mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a non-stick muffin pan.
Cut phyllo pastry into 36 squares of 12x12 cm.
Brush each piece of pastry with melted butter and place 3 pieces at different angles together into a muffin hole.
Bake only 4 at a time. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Allow to cool slightly, then turn out onto a rack and leave to cool completely.
Mix Condensed Milk, lemon rind and juice together.
Beat in mascarpone or cream cheese.
Place mixture into pastry cases and top with the berries.
Serve immediately.
