Some snappy serving suggestions to liven up your daily diet: Drizzle olive oil over sliced cheese, add a grinding of black pepper and serve with sliced green apples or pears. Layer fried slices of aubergine with coarsely grated cheese, fresh origanum, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until lightly browned. Garnish with fresh basil. Shape leftover rice or risotto into patties with cream, egg yolk, grated cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Fry in butter or olive oil and serve with roasted vegetables. Deep-fry spicy meatballs that include one third cheese and serve with homemade tomato and origanum sauce. Try a bread and butter pudding without sugar and jam. Add plenty of grated cheese, mixed herbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
