Ingredients (5)

1.00 bread — cheese loaf, sliced
butter — soft
1.00 asparagus — blanched
100.00 g parma ham
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350° F). Heat the bread slightly in the oven and butter lightly. Wrap three asparagus in each slice of ham and place on top of the buttered slice of bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Makes about 9 – 10 slices.
