80.00 g bacon — streak, rindless
1.00 mushrooms — pickled, drained
150.00 g ricotta cheese
4.00 tortillas — flour
100.00 g cheddar cheese — or gouda cheese, grated
100.00 ml cream cheese — chive- or onion-flavoured

Method:

1. Fry the bacon in a pan until cooked. Set aside to cool.
2. Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Mix the Ricotta, Cheddar or Gouda, mushrooms and bacon.
3. Spread each tortilla with cream cheese. Divide the mushroom filling among the tortillas and spread over each one. Top with a few rocket leaves, then roll up the wraps and slice in half. Serve with a salad.
