Cheese and avo-filled Portuguese bread

  • Portuguese bread


Halve the bread horizontally and fill with slices of cheese, thickly sliced tomato, sliced avocado and thinly sliced onion rings.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and drizzle with flavoured vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Cover with the top layer of bread, press down lightly and slice in wedges.
