    head of celery, sliced
  • 1
    small red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 2
    baby savoy cabbages (leaves only)
  • 1
    bunch spring onions
  • 50
    g
    walnuts, roughly chopped
  • YOGHURT AND MUSTARD DRESSING
  • 30
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 45
    ml
    natural yoghurt
  • 10
    ml
    Dijon mustard
  • 15
    ml
    chopped chives
 

Method

 
Combine half the celery with the cabbages and spring onions (cut diagonally into 1 cm lengths). Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing and toss with celery mixture. Turn into a salad bowl and top with remaining celery and chopped walnuts. Serves 4.
