Caramelised chilli banana and pineapple

    firm, just ripe bananas
  • 1
    large pineapple
  • olive oil spray
  • 15
    dried chilli flakes
  • 85
    white sugar


Peel bananas and slice along the length.
Peel pinapple; slice into wedges.
Spray a heavy-based pan with olive oil spray.
Mix chilli and sugar on a large plate and lightly coat the fruit.
Add to pan and turn continuously until cooked.
Serve as is or with yoghurt sweetened with honey and a squeeze of lemon juice.
