Caramel chocolate balls

  • 380
    caramel filling
  • 200
    Milo chocolate bar
  • 200
    Marie biscuits, crushed
  • chopped nuts, icing sugar and cocoa powder, to decorate


Beat caramel until smooth. Melt chocolate. Stir a little hot chocolate into caramel, then stir into remaining chocolate mixture and mix well. Stir in biscuits and set aside to cool. When cool, roll into small balls and coat in chopped nuts, icing sugar or cocoa powder. Makes 40.
