CARAMEL FILLING
200.00 g chocolate
200.00 g Marie biscuits — crushed
nuts — chopped, icing and cocoa powder, to decorate

Method:

Beat caramel until smooth. Melt chocolate. Stir a little hot chocolate into caramel, then stir into remaining chocolate mixture and mix well.
Stir in biscuits and set aside to cool. When cool, roll into small balls and coat in chopped nuts, icing sugar or cocoa powder. Makes 40.
