Cajun kebabs

  • 6
    shallots, finely chopped
  • 500
    pork mince
  • 20
    Cajun seasoning
  • 2
    limes, juice and rind

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Soak 36 wooden skewers in water.
Shape a heaped teaspoonful of the meat mixture around the tip of each skewer and place on a baking sheet.
Grill for about 15 minutes, turning halfway during the grilling time.
Serve immediately.
