Ingredients (9)

Dressing: coconut cream or plain yoghurt
100.00 ml mayonnaise
5.00 ml Cajun spice — to taste
Salad: cooked leftover turkey, thinly sliced
250.00 ml pepper — red, green, yellow, strips
100.00 g mangetout
300.00 ml pineapple pieces — tinned, drained
150.00 ml sultanas
4.00 fresh chives — chopped
50.00 g salad greens
20.00 ml sesame seeds — use for scattering

Method:

Dressing Blend all the dressing ingredients and set aside.

Salad Using your hands, combine all the salad ingredients except the leaves and seeds. Place the leaves in a salad bowl, arrange the other salad ingredients on top and drizzle with the dressing. Scatter the sesame seeds on top.
