Ingredients (6)

2.00 fresh origanum — finely chopped
50.00 g dried oregano
16.00 cherry tomatoes — deseeded, finely chopped
170.00 ml olive oil — extra virgin
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
500.00 g pasta — bucatini or spaghetti

Method:

Mix fresh and dried origanum. Marinate tomatoes in half the olive oil, and some seasoning.
Cook bucatini in boiling salted water, drain thoroughly and return to pan. Toss with origanum mixture and remaining olive oil.
Serve, topping each serving with a little marinated tomato.
