Ingredients (8)

25.00 ml butter
30.00 ml oil
1.00 onion — finely chopped
125.00 g brussel sprouts — halved
175.00 g cabbage — shredded
700.00 g potatoes — diced and boiled till tender or mash
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml caraway seeds

Method:

Heat the butter and oil in a pan and sauté; the onion until tender. Add the vegetables and potato and stir-fry until glossy and just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and the caraway seeds.
Shape into patties and fry until brown on both sides.
