Ingredients (12)

500.00 g green beans
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
15.00 ml vinegar — white
4.00 spring onion — chopped
1.00 red pepper — strips
DRESSING
170.00 ml yoghurt — natural
30.00 ml fresh mint
2.00 ml paprika
2.00 ml lemon — peeled and grated
10.00 ml lime juice
10.00 ml honey

Method:

Place beans in rapidly boiling water. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Rinse, then refresh in cold water to set colour.
Combine garlic, oil, vinegar and spring onions and pour over green beans. Chill.
DRESSING: Combine ingredients, pour over beans and red pepper and toss lightly.
TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 2 505 kJ (600 Cal). A portion: 500 kJ (120 Cal).
