Ingredients (9)

0.00 olive oil — cooking spray
600.00 g broccoli — florets
285.00 g soup — cream of mushroom
125.00 ml mayonnaise — low-fat
75.00 ml evaporated milk
75.00 g cheddar cheese — reduced fat
2.00 eggs — whites only, lightly beaten
75.00 g breadcrumbs
25.00 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Preheat oven to 170 °C.

Coat a 25 x 25 cm roasting pan with cooking spray.

Lay broccoli evenly in pan.

In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, evaporated milk, cheese and egg whites until well mixed.

Pour over broccoli.

Using a fork, combine breadcrumbs with olive oil in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed.

Sprinkle over soup and broccoli mixture.

Bake 40-45 minutes, or until golden.
