Broccoli and blue cheese soup

  • 2
    broccoli florets
  • 3
    Cchicken stock
  • 1/2
  • 2
    crumbled blue cheese of your choice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

In a medium saucepan, bring the broccoli and chicken stock up to a boil.

Cook for 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still nice and green.

Puree the soup, add the cream and cheese and take off the heat.

Stir until the cheese is melted.

Season to taste and serve with lots of crusty bread and butter.
