Ingredients (5)

125 g butter
125 g sugar
125 g almonds — ground
4 eggs — extra-large
salt — just a pinch

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 190 C.
 
Line a tart tin with sweet pastry and spread with apricot jam.

Beat the  butter with the sugar, adding the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.

Stir in the ground almonds and a pinch of salt.

Put into the tart tine and bake for 30 – 40 minutes.
