Ingredients (5)

240.00 g flour — cake
15.00 ml Baking powder
2.00 ml salt
25.00 g butter
175.00 ml milk

Method:

Preheat oven to 240 ºC. Sift dry ingredients together and rub in butter using your fingertips. Use a spatula to work in milk, mixing in just enough to combine ingredients. Turn out on to a floured surface and press together lightly, then roll out to 2 cm thickness.
Cut into squares or triangles and place on a greased baking tray, leaving about 2 cm space between the shapes. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes 8-10.
