Bread rolls with spinach and cream filling

  • 4
    wholewheat rolls
  • butter
  • baby spinach leaves, torn into smaller pieces
  • 80
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 4
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • chopped chives
  • lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper


Halve and butter the rolls.
Mix the spinach with the cottage cheese, tomatoes and chives.
Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Use as a filling for the rolls.
