Ingredients (8)

500 g mascarpone cheese
100 ml castor sugar
80 g brazil nuts — toasted, chopped
250 ml fresh cream — whipped
125 g sponge finger biscuits
125 ml milk chocolate — grated
125 ml frangelico liqueur — or brandy

Method:

Mash the
mascarpone with the sugar and the nuts.
Mix until smooth then fold in 4
spoons of whipped cream to loosen the cheese a little.
Now, fold in the
rest of the whipped cream and set aside.
Dip the biscuits
quickly in the boozy-coffee mixture and place in a single layer in a
suitable oblong glass dish with a flat bottom.
Sprinkle with the grated
or crumbled chocolate.
Spoon the cream
mixture over the layer of biscuits and smooth the top. Sprinkle the top
with a thick layer of hot chocolate powder or cacao.
Cover with cling
film and chill well before serving.
