Ingredients (3)

250.00 ml stock — vegetable or chicken
8.00 courgettes — halved lengthways
8.00 leeks — baby, halved lengthways

Method:

Heat stock in a pan.
Add courgettes and leeks and simmer until cooked through.
Add a little more stock as and when you need it.
Season to taste and serve.
