    large flour tortilla wraps
  • 400

    smoked salmon
  • 1
    tub salmon-flavoured cream cheese
  • 1
    avocado pear, sliced
  • third of a cucumber, cut into matchsticks
  • 12
    piquanté peppers, sliced onion sprouts
  • wild rocket, to serve

For this lunchbox we are harvesting the brain-boosting power of Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin B.

Brain booster wrap
The smoke salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acid, while the avocado add an extra Vitamin B kick.
Spread a thin layer of low-fat cream cheese over the tortillas and arrange the other ingredients down the middle, sprinkling the onion sprouts on top. Roll up the tortillas and seal the edges with a little cream cheese. When ready to serve, cut the tortilla rolls in half diagonally and wrap in clingwrap.

Walnut delight
Walnuts are also high in Omega-3's so these walnut fingers would do just the trick for something sweet.
