Ingredients (5)

250 ml cream
80 ml coconut — toasted
2 pineapple — quartered
honey — for drizzling
60 ml cashew nuts — chopped

Method:

Mix the cream and toasted coconut well and set aside.
Braai the pineapples lightly over the coals until browned in places.
Cut the flesh from the skin and cut into chunks.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
Serve with coconut cream.
