Ingredients (10)

fresh chillies — 573
16.00 bread slices
lettuce — coos, butter or iceberg
2.00 avocado — mashed
4.00 chicken breast fillets — cooked, sliced
mayonnaise — low-fat
fresh coriander — handful, chopped
3.00 tomatoes
8.00 beef — rare roast, slices
chilli sauce

Method:

Drizzle olive oil over bottom slice of bread, layer with lettuce and half an avocado, then slap a piece of bread on top.
Drizzle the top of the that slice with olive oil and top with a chicken breast fillet, mayo, a quarter of the coriander and another slice of bread.
Last but not least – another drizzle of olive oil, sliced tomatoes, two slices roast beef and chilli sauce.
Top with fourth slice of bread and open wide…
Repeat with remaining bread and ingredients.
