Bow ties with ginger cream and figs

Ingredients

  • 90
    ml
    preserved ginger pieces, very finely chopped
  • 250
    ml
    stiffly beaten cream
  • 6
    bought bow ties
  • 2
    very thinly sliced preserved figs
  • Ginger syrup
 

Method

Fold the ginger pieces into the cream.
Arrange the bow ties on two serving plates, top with a dollop of the ginger cream and garnish with the fig slices.
Drizzle with some ginger syrup and serve.
