Ingredients (5)

90 ml ginger — preserve, finely chopped
250 ml cream — whipped to stiff peaks
6 bow ties
2 figs — preserved, sliced
ginger — syrup

Method:

Fold the ginger
pieces into the cream.
Arrange the bow ties on two serving plates, top
with a dollop of the ginger cream and garnish with the fig slices.
Drizzle with some ginger syrup and serve.
