Ingredients (5)

250.00 ml raisins
500.00 ml muscadel
1.00 Litres yoghurt — frozen
30.00 g nuts — chopped, to serve
10.00 g rose petals — to serve

Method:

Soak raisins in muscadel for up to 2 hours, till puffed-up and plump. Pour into a small pot and simmer on a low heat for about 30 minutes, until syrupy and reduced. Spoon over frozen yoghurt in stemmed dessert bowls, top with chopped nuts and rose petals, and serve.
