60.00 g blue cheese — creamy, crumbled
125.00 ml pecan nuts — chopped, toasted
250.00 ml grapes — green, halved
2.00 pears — red, sliced
50.00 ml salad dressing — honey and mustard

Arrange the lettuce leaves on pretty plates. Blend the remaining ingredients and spoon on top.
