Ingredients (8)

2.00 bread — farmhouse, sliced, buttered
10.00 ml wholegrain mustard
100.00 g blue cheese
1.00 cucumber — shaved into ribbons
2.00 rye bread — sliced, buttered
200.00 g prawns — or shrimps, cooked
45.00 ml mayonnaise
1.00 avocado — sliced

Method:

Fill farmhouse bread sandwich with mustard, cheese and cucumber. For rye sandwich, mix prawns or shrimps with mayonnaise and layer on bread with avocado. Pack tightly in waxed paper.
Serves 2.
