Method:

Meng 45 ml olyf- of okkerneut-olie met 30 ml rooi wynasyn en 5 ml Dijon-mosterd. Hou eenkant. Sny 250 g spek in hapgrootte stukke en braai tot bros in ?n braaipan. Dreineer op kombuispapier. Sny 3 selderystingels fyn en skeur die vars jong blare van 1 bos seldery af om in die slaai te gebruik. Meng die selderyblare met vars gemengde blaarslaai en plaas dit op ?n dienbord of in ?n slaaibak. Sprinkel die gesnyde seldery en spek bo-oor saam met 100 g gekapte okkerneute en 125 g gekrummelde bloukaas. Geur met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper en drup die slaaisous oor. Sit voor saam met bruschetta.
