2.00 onion
250.00 g brown mushrooms
1.00 eggs
30.00 ml sour cream
30.00 ml parmesan cheese
500.00 g beef — steak

Method:

Sny 2 uie in klein wiggies, braai tot sag. Braai 2 gekneusde knoffelhuisies en 500 g bruinsampioen-skyfies saam met die uie. Braai tot droog, skep mengsel uit in ‘n mengbak. Meng 1 eier, 30 ml suurroom en 30 ml gerasperde Parmesaan-kaas saam met die uiemengsel en plaas in die yskas vir ‘n paar minute. Geur 2 stukke biefstuk (500 g) elk met swartpeper en halveer elk. Braai alkante teen hoë hitte vir 2 minute in ‘n bietjie olie. Skep uit pan en laat staan. Voorverhit die rooster-element, skep ‘n groot lepel uiemengsel bo-op elke biefstuk en rooster vir ‘n paar minute. Garneer met orego en sit voor saam met oondgeroosterde kersietamaties.
