Ingredients (6)

250.00 g sponge finger biscuits
sherry
readymade custard
berries of your choice — fresh, canned
80.00 g jelly
cream — fresh, whipped

Method:

Layer the bottom of a bowl with finger biscuits. Sprinkle with 25 ml sherry. Cover with 250 ml readymade custard and a layer of fresh or canned berries.
Chop a packet of jelly, which has been prepared and set, into pieces and distribute half over the berries. Cover with 125 ml whipped cream.
Repeat layers and decorate with berries.
