Berry and ginger beer slush

  • 1
    frozen / fresh raspberries
  • 1
    frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 125
    white rum
  • 3
    ice cubes
  • 1
    PnP ginger beer
  • 4
    fresh strawberries - halved for serving
  • 4
    thick straws - for serving


Place berries, rum and ice cubes into a blender and  blitz until smooth.

Spoon slush into cocktail glasses and top each with a halved strawberry.

Carefully top up with ginger beer and serve with a straw.

Good idea: Use mixed frozen berries instead of strawberries and raspberries.
