Beef fillet with a mango and sweet chilli sauce

Ingredients (7)

freshly ground black pepper
olive oil — or grape seed oil
1 kg beef — fillet
salt
1 mango — peeled and cubed
80 ml sweet chilli sauce
rocket

Method:

Heat a frying pan and ground some black pepper coarsely into the pan.
Cook for 1 minute. Add some oil and heat until very hot.

Put the fillet steaks into the pan and fry for approximately 3 minutes
on each side (or longer according to taste). Season to taste with salt.

Mix the mango and sweet chilli sauce and set aside till required.

Place some rocket leaves on a serving plate and put the
cooked fillet steaks on top. Serve with the sweet chilli sauce and baby
potatoes or French fries.
