Ingredients (10)

3.00 garlic — cloves, sliced
2.00 red chilli — sliced
2.00 ml fresh ginger — minced
400.00 g beef — strips
500.00 ml green beans — chunks
1.00 lemon juice
60.00 ml stock — beef
2.00 ml sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
basil — chopped, for garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic, chillies and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minutes.
Add beef, toss to sear briefly and add beans. Stir-fry for 1 minute and add remaining ingredients, except basil. Stir-fry until cooked, 4 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with basil and serve with Chinese noodles, and soy sauce on the side.
