Ingredients (7)

30.00 ml butter
1.00 onion — small, chopped
150.00 g green beans — trimmed and chopped
300.00 ml sweetcorn — frozen
410.00 g butter beans
30.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
50.00 ml sour cream

Method:

1. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the
onion until soft. Add the green beans and
fry for two minutes.


2. Stir in the corn and butter beans (with
their liquid). Bring to the boil, then reduce
the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add a
little water if it gets too dry.

3. Stir in the parsley and sour cream and
season to taste with salt and freshly ground
black pepper.
