Ingredients (7)

4.00 bread — hamburger rolls
butter
8.00 tomatoes — sliced
8.00 green pepper — cut into strips
420.00 g beans in tomato sauce
cheddar cheese — grated
1.00 fresh chives — chopped

Method:

Turn on the oven grill. Halve the hamburger rolls and butter. Place two slices of tomato and two strips of green pepper on each half and top with a generous serving of beans. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and chopped chives and place under the heated grill till the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
