Beach pudding

  • 200
    Marie biscuits
  • apricot jam
  • 1
    thick custard


Spread half the biscuits with apricot jam. Sandwich together with the plain biscuits and crush. Arrange a layer of crushed biscuits in the bottom of a bowl and pour over the custard. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used, ending with a layer of biscuit crumbs. Chill.
